We had such a great experience at Cielo Stone & Tile! The showroom is stunning so many beautiful options for tile, stone hardwood and cabinetry. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and walked us through every detail, from installation guidance to what to expect with natural variation in porcelain and stone.

They were also very upfront about their policies - porcelain tile is non-refundable since each order is custom and batch-specific, but they encouraged us to check everything within five days of receipt in case there's any damage. It's clear they stand behind their products and work closely with vendors to make things right if anything ever arrives broken or defective.
